Russian Retail Bank

Russian Retail Bank was founded in January 2016.

Committed to maximizing the technological level and quality of its customer services, the bank continuously upgrades its IT infrastructure through extensive collaboration with leading Russian software developers and integrators.

Project implementation

Cinimex was tasked with building a unified integration platform for the bank, based on IBM Integration Bus 9, that was meant to replace the direct integration P2P model.
To enable successful automation of B2C service channels and enhance Internet banking, Russian Retail Bank required a state-of-the-art high-performance integration solution, which would ensure interoperability of a wide array of banking applications and external systems, and allow rapid expansion of solutions’ capacity to adjust to the growing business needs.
Taking into account the bank’s ambition to ramp up the expansion of service portfolio and customer base, we needed to design and implement a state-of-the-art and robust service bus, capable to support further expansion of business. The bank’s IT strategy is based on the outsourcing model of a “light” bank and new approaches to project management, which allow to drastically minimize the IT landscape and reduce the customary time-to-market.
The implemented solution allowed to streamline integration between systems and, thus, enhance support of existing and implementation of new functions and business processes.
