Project implementation
In 2019, Cinimex participated in a large-scale project aimed to implement a unified front-end solution (UFE) in Otrkitie Bank.
Owing to the competences and expertise of the joint team, the project based on the concept of omnichannel platform, was developed and put into commercial operation in the shortest possible time.
The bank presented its new B2C customer service system at the Finopolis 2019 forum of innovative financial technologies.
