Otkritie Bank and Cinimex Are Winners Of ComNews Awards 2020
UFE is a solution, which integrates all of the bank’s software and provides a single interface for front office and contact center staff, built using best UI/UX practices.
UFE is based on the concept of omni-channel platform, which enables significant improvement in customer service and user experience, resulting in higher customer satisfaction.
The solution brought together over 20 of the bank’s systems, and currently has over several thousand users. With help of Agile methodologies, the project was implemented within the shortest possible period of time. Other technologies employed include: DevOps methodologies, microservices, containerizationand Private Cloud.
At the awards ceremony, Otkritie Bank was represented by Head of Software Development Andrey Zorin and Deputy Head of Department of Omni-channel Sales Viktoria Stertyukova. On behalf of Cinimex, the award was received by Yulia Polyakova, Head of Marketing.
“We did not expect that our internal project would gain fame beyond our organization,” admitted Andrey Zorin. “Over a year and a half, a cross-functional team, which numbered 35 people in the beginning of the project, was not only able to develop from scratch and deploy a new customer service system to support the bank’s retail business, but now we actually have a new digital platform for further development projects.”
This year, ComNews Awards were held for the ninth time in a row. Nominations were designed to put a spotlight on the best digital projects and solutions that can help mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic.
Projects could be submitted for ComNews Awards 2020 by IT companies, which implemented them, or their customer, using an application form on ComNews’ website. The best projects were selected by a jury made of editors and observers of ComNews.ru. Digital Economy portal, Standard magazine and ComNews Research agency. Winner projects needed to meet the following criteria – scalability, innovativeness, complexity, transparency, efficiency, value.
