Alfa Click Internet bank meets the required standards for security, performance and flexibility, and allows for faster updates and upgrades. The pilot phase of the project kicked off in March 2011, the active phase started in the end of 2011, and already in March 2013, the new design was put into action.
Over the course of the project, about 120 specialists from Alfabank and 50 experts from Cinimex took part in it, including developers, analysts, projects managers and testers.
Project results
Apart from standard processes – development, testing and deployment of the new systems, an early prototype of the Internet bank was developed as part of the project. It was built on Oracle.
The new Internet bank can boast a more user-friendly design, which is a lot easier to master for users of any level. The updated service catalogue makes the search quick and easy as never before.
Alfa Click includes new modules, which make it possible for the Bank's clients to purchase insurance products, invest into common investment funds, apply for a virtual card for Internet shopping or a loan and manage their credit account all from their home.денежные средства в ПИФ, заказывать виртуальные карты для оплаты покупок в интернет-магазинах, подавать заявление на получение кредита и управлять своим кредитным счетом.
Another convenient and helpful new feature is – “Favorite” panel, which allows the client to build a set of their most frequently used options. Besides, there is another new module on the way. It will enable tracking expenses, similar to a personal accountant.
