From Banks to Industry: Cinimex Summarizes the Year and Highlights Key Projects | Sinimex company news
Cinimex, a Russian developer of IT systems for businesses, has summarized the results of 2024.

“Throughout the year, we have been implementing digital transformation projects across various sectors — finance, retail, industry — strengthening our technological and sector-specific expertise. The company’s focus remained on implementing solutions that enhance the efficiency of our clients’ businesses,” said Andrey Sykulev, CEO of Cinimex.

VTB Bank and Cinimex launched the digital system "Strela," designed for personalized interaction with corporate and investment banking (CIB) clients. The project integrates individual financial solutions for transactional products into a unified digital ecosystem.

In 2024, Cinimex specialists worked on the development of the BNPL service “Podeli.” Key enhancements aimed at expanding user capabilities included: early repayment functionality via the Faster Payments System (FPS), client onboarding via T-ID (TBank ID), and integration with Alfa-Bank’s mobile application.

Cinimex supported and enhanced the business functionality of the Host-to-Host integration service, which provides legally significant, fully automated electronic document exchange between Gazprombank and corporate clients.

Additionally, Cinimex specialists at Gazprombank modernized an integration component within the "Payment Hub" system, transitioning to Kafka and PostgreSQL as part of import substitution efforts. The IT developer also continued to support and develop the Service Integration Platform.

In 2024, Cinimex actively expanded its cooperation with Rosselkhozbank, implementing key projects in digital transformation and import substitution.

The IT integrator continued developing the remote banking system for legal entities at Rosselkhozbank. A key focus was transitioning to a microservices architecture for payroll management.

In 2024, Cinimex automated Rosselkhozbank’s electronic document management system, creating a unified platform for digitalizing interactions between the bank and its clients and counterparties. The development of a centralized electronic document repository continued, enabling storage, reuse, and access via integration links from banking information systems.

Cinimex continued developing and supporting the problem debt management system for Rosselkhozbank’s divisions. The project team worked on transitioning the system to a new technology stack and microservices architecture.

At Rosselkhozbank, Cinimex specialists worked on the Data Collection Module (DCM) — a universal integration solution that routes requests from the credit conveyor applications to internal and external services. DCM functionalities include a built-in queue and subscription manager, data caching, load limiting, and response simulation for process testing.

Cinimex's team contributed to the development of the credit solution conveyor for legal entities by implementing automatic condition checks and integrating the supervisory calendar of the credit front office with the data collection module. The system automates monitoring of covenant compliance by the bank’s counterparties and active clients, covering conditions, financial indicators, and other risk factors.

Throughout the year, Cinimex developed a universal verifier “RSKhB OKO” — a credit conveyor application that identifies constraints for credit deal participants. The system uses various verification strategies, analyzing data from the bank’s internal systems and external services (SPARK-Interfax, credit bureaus), allowing timely identification of negative factors and reduction of credit risks.

The Cinimex team worked on migrating existing local procedures in Rosselkhozbank's structural units to R7-Office and Python applications. The project included tools for importing data into R7-Office from other files, adding interactive table features, and implementing flexible approaches for generating pivot tables, charts, and period reports. As part of the MS Access replacement, separate information systems were created for convenient database interaction.

In addition, new solutions were integrated with the bank’s existing IT platforms, ensuring support and user training.

In 2024, the Credit Solutions Conveyor software successfully passed integration-functional testing and entered pilot operation for the "short questionnaire" process. Now, Rosselkhozbank clients can receive comprehensive credit application solutions covering all credit products (mortgages, credit cards, consumer loans) without needing to submit multiple separate applications.

Cinimex specialists developed the integration layer at PJSC SK Rosgosstrakh, ensuring seamless interaction between systems within the company's IT landscape. Key efforts included new integration flows to improve business process efficiency and optimization of existing ones.

The Cinimex team continues to work on optimizing and supporting the Segmentation 2.0 project at PJSC SK Rosgosstrakh. This innovative machine learning project includes geoscoring — assessing clients based on location — and precise segmentation of agent and client portfolios.

Parallel initiatives aimed at enhancing client-centricity, a key strategic focus for Rosgosstrakh, were also developed, including anti-fraud models to improve loyalty programs.

Cinimex successfully implemented VK Tax Compliance platform projects for large organizations, helping automate tax accounting, simplify interactions with the Federal Tax Service (FTS), and increase transparency in tax reporting.

The IT integrator performed comprehensive work for MKB (Moscow Credit Bank) to implement and configure the VK Tax Compliance platform. The project involved developing a directory structure for data upload via the platform interface, configuring automated generation of final registers for corporate income tax based on reference data, simplifying and accelerating tax report preparation. Specialists also configured and integrated the VK Tax Compliance module AIS Tax-3 into the bank's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless interaction with tax systems.

At one of the leading participants in the Moscow Exchange, Renaissance Broker, Cinimex specialists implemented the VK Tax Compliance platform, successfully tested integration with AIS Tax-3, and automated reporting processes for tax monitoring. As a result, the company gained a tool for transparent interaction with the FTS of Russia and disclosure of information on profit tax, VAT, foreign organizations’ income tax, and calculation of insurance premiums.

For the manufacturer AO AVTOVAZ, Cinimex experts started designing and configuring the VK Tax Compliance platform. This will enable compliance with tax authority requirements, transition to tax monitoring mode, and significantly enhance digitalization in interactions with the FTS of Russia.

Cinimex, together with Gazprom CPS and NPC BusinessAutomatika, completed the development of the Expert-Analytical System of Design and Technical Task Assignments (EAS ZPiTT) for Gazprom Group structural units.

The system enables the creation of documents using templates, assigning responsible parties for section completion, exchanging comments, viewing change histories, receiving recommendations from the neural network-powered analytics module, conducting preliminary document approvals, and routing them to the official electronic document management system.

The introduction of EAS ZPiTT aims to reduce the labor intensity of developing project documentation and provide centralized management of all project materials. At the end of the year, the system successfully passed testing and was put into industrial operation.

The Cinimex team continues collaborating with international clients. In one project, the company acted as consultants and machine learning architects, developing an NLP product with an AI assistant capable of working as an audio and video avatar. This product assists in solving professional tasks tailored to the client’s business model.

In 2024, Cinimex launched a new line of business — auditing systems on the 1C platform. The service is aimed at clients facing issues with the quality of automated system implementation. It is especially relevant when complex accounting processes raise concerns about data accuracy or automation results fall short of expectations.

Over the past year, successful audits were conducted for 1C:ERP at LLC "KS Engineering" and 1C:ZUP at JSC "RZDStroy," allowing clients to effectively address identified issues.

Additionally, Cinimex specialists introduced a specialized workstation for manual production schedule planning and adjustment in 1C:ERP. It offers an intuitive interface with Drag & Drop support, minimizes errors, and reduces production plan preparation time. The solution enhances adjustment flexibility, making the process convenient and efficient.

The company successfully implemented a 1C:ERP system at LLC "AIROS-SYSTEM," ensuring complete traceability of materials — from raw material intake to product output. The project included configuring processes for control, planning, supply, and labeling, improving transparency in record-keeping and optimizing production operations.
