Cinimex Obtains International Information Security Certification
Cinimex has obtained a certificate confirming that its management system complies with the requirements of the international ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard. The certification confirms that the company's management system meets information security requirements applicable to the development, implementation, and integration of corporate IT systems and software solutions, business process automation, and data processing.
The certificate was issued by TÜV AUSTRIA Standards & Compliance following the certification process.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is an international standard that establishes requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). Its implementation enables organizations to establish a systematic approach to managing information security risks, protecting information, and continuously improving related processes.
For Cinimex, obtaining the certificate confirms that its management system complies with the standard's requirements and provides an additional foundation for expanding cooperation with customers and partners.
Compliance with information security requirements is particularly important for companies working with corporate data and participating in international projects. For export-oriented organizations, having a certified information security management system can be an additional factor supporting entry into new markets, including markets in Asia, as well as participation in international projects and cooperation with major customers and partners.
Certification may also be taken into account when evaluating IT vendors and conducting procurement procedures that include requirements for information protection and information risk management. A well-established information security management system enables a company to consistently manage risks associated with information processing and strengthen the resilience of business processes to operational and economic risks.
